If a race gets cancelled we will provide a refund to our clients in accordance with section 6.3 of our general terms and conditions, the excerpt of which is below:

(1) The ticket price will be refunded to the extent we get the money back from the organizer of the grand prix or our ticket supplier. (So far it was 100%, but we cannot guarantee that each affected organizer will pay the money back in full)

(2) We will not refund the handling fee / administration fees

(3) Shipping fee will be refunded if the tickets were not sent yet. If the tickets were already sent, we are unable to refund the shipping fee.

(4) We will refund the above amounts within 30 days after receiving the money back from the organizer / ticket supplier. Please note that it is an extraordaniry task from all organizers and therefore it might take several weeks to process all the payments.

(5) Payments will be made in accordance with the original payment method you used for purchasing the tickets. If you paid by credit card, money will be sent back to your credit card. If you paid by bank transfer we will ask you to provide us your complete banking details and we will transfer the money back.
