Lovely sleepy town just 2 minutes from the Nurburgring entrance. A couple of great restaurants just off the main road, and many hotels that looked lovely (I stayed at Apex which was amazing).
One word of warning - they have an 'air raid siren' to call the volunteer firefighters to action in the event of an emergency. As Brits, we did not know this and it wasn't mentioned to us, so we panicked when we heard it twice in one night. Given the current situation with Russia, we were a little worried. Once you know what it is though, it's fine.

Anyone with any interest in motorsport will have heard of the Nurburgring-everything about is is brilliant. If you drove there just drop down to Adenau where great track viewing and a nice little town with cafes etc.

Cute town with an historic castle. Convenient to Nurburgring. Be prepared to do your own searching for open restaurants. We had to drive to the next town for breakfast on a Saturday despite the incorrect information on Google maps listing open locations.

It’s all about cars and Nürburgring so if you are a fan you will enjoy. There are couple of other things to do around like cute lakes, Rhine region with wine tasting, historical towns etc in case you are bored in Nürburg. And it’s close to Luxembourg and Belgium.

In many ways the village of Nurburg is a one string to it's bow place. But, what a string! A unique place - the ring dominates everything. If you are not there to ride or drive then to watch is an experience in itself. The village has many good places to stay and eat and the locals are very friendly. At all times during daylight the sound of performance engines working hard can be heard. Petrol head heaven!
The Location was 10/10 pretty close to the Nordschleife as well as the Nürburgring GP Track. I was able to come back to the property by E-Scooter in just under 5 Minutes whilst working at the GP Track. The Staff is very friendly and will help you in any way possible. I would defenetly recommend a stay here and will keep it in mind for future stays close to the track!
Apex is the perfect hotel for someone who's going to Nurburgring track and needs a comfortable place to stay. Located in the main street of Nurburg, it's just a few minutes from the track and the hotel has a wide range of services to support your experience at the track. The room was comfortable and clean.
Landhaus Balkhausen was a great place to stay while I was driving at the Nurburgring! Warm and comfy room, good wifi, and a great location for driving. They offered a delicious breakfast and were very accomodating. Excellent value and impeccable hospitality! I will return if I have the chance.
The entrance of Nordschleife is close. When the track is closed on a busy day, you can wait in the car park of this hotel. You can then go into the cue.
It's an easy walk to the centre of the village.
The owner is very welcoming and nice to have a chat with.
Cleanliness.
The breakfast buffet at the main hotel was amazing! Definitely the highlight of our stay at the hotel.
The location is perfect for experiencing the whole "Nürburgring vibe". Not in a too crowded area. Restaurants are close by and the central town is walking distance.
Amazing hotel. My partner and I came for our first experience of the Nurburgring track and we absolutely loved the hotel. The perfect racing atmosphere and it was the perfect place for our bucket list trip. We will definitely be coming back!!
Fantastic location next to the Hockenheim ring race track. Great to stay before/during any events there. Rooms are fairly spartan without too many thrills or add ons. Breakfast was good. Staff are fantastic and always willing to help.
Breakfast was delicious and filling: many different food options. Room was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was ideally positioned near the Nordschleife and the Touristenfahrten entry area. Wifi was fast.
The hotel in general is amazing. It has a clean and modern design that makes it a very nice place to be. The staff was very nice and helpful. The food was great. My room was clean and everything was comfortable.
Great location, right next to the ring and behind it is the Nurburgring castle which I did not know about. The staff was super friendly as well, made me feel right at home.
Breakfast was great, plenty of options at the buffet. Very cool lobby bar area next to the track and plenty of cool displays throughout the first floor of the hotel.
